Welcome to BillX: Invoice & Bill Book App. By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the application.

1. App Services & Usage

BillX is a billing and invoice management tool designed for small businesses and freelancers. While we strive to provide a seamless and error-free experience, you are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the data (taxes, totals, and client info) entered into the app.

2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

• Payments: Premium features are processed through the Google Play Store billing system.
• Refunds: Refund requests are governed by Google Play Store's refund policies.
• Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions anytime through your Google Play Account settings.

3. Google Drive Backup & Data Ownership

• Data Ownership: You own 100% of the data you create. We do not store your invoices or product lists on our servers.
• Backup Service: The app uses the drive.appdata scope to store backups in a hidden folder on your personal Google Drive. This ensures your data is safe and private.
• Privacy: Our access is limited strictly to the files created by BillX. We cannot see your personal Drive files.
• Responsibility: We are not responsible for data loss due to Google service outages, account suspension, or if you manually delete the hidden app data from your Google settings.

4. Advertising (AdMob)

The free version of BillX uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. These ads help us keep the basic features free for everyone. By using the app, you agree to the display of such ads.

5. User Responsibility & Compliance

Users are responsible for complying with their local tax laws, GST/VAT regulations, and business requirements while generating invoices. BillX is a tool, not a legal or tax advisor.

6. Intellectual Property

You agree not to attempt to extract the source code of the app, decompile, or create derivative versions. All trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property rights related to BillX belong to the developer.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
